Unlike conventional bed rails, the handhold features our distinctive SafetyGrip® surface. This helps users maintain their grip without needing to grasp the rail tightly, particularly helpful for people with reduced hand strength, an unreliable grip, or unsteady balance.

Designed with bed rail safety in mind

All Hartmobility bed rails meet the 16 CFR Part 1270 requirements, the mandatory US safety standard that reduces the risk of entrapment for adult portable bed rails.

Fits a wide range of beds

The adjustable support frame fits Twin through King mattresses from 6 to 16 inches deep. It can be installed on most conventional bed configurations, including box-spring and slatted bed frames.
